Qualified jobs
Qualified bodies are organisations with a branch in Austria that are suitable for checking the security precautions of operators of essential services. The suitability is determined by the Federal Minister of the Interior by means of a decision.
Organisations that wish to act as a qualified body can submit an application to the Federal Minister of the Interior, who will then decide whether a qualified body exists in the respective case by means of an official decision.
The Federal Minister of the Interior maintains a list of qualified organisations and their respective areas of responsibility, which can be viewed by operators of essential services.
