Let's rather talk about how to solve the problems.

Standard Contractual Clauses

The Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are used to ensure the legal framework for the international transfer of personal data from the European Union (EU) to contries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to countries that cannot guarantee an adequate level of data protection.

The SCCs provide standardised contractual provisions that are prescribed by the European Commission and can be adopted by companies without any changes.

THe SCCs are particularly important for data transfers to third countries that are not classified as "safe" i.e. that do not offer an "adequate level of data protection" as defined by the EU Commission for certain countries.

By using the SCCs, companies that transfer personal data to third countries can ensure that they meet the requirenments of the GDPR. This provides them with legal certainty and protects them from possible sanctions by supervisory authorities.
